Do employees need to download an app?
No. my.hardt.app is a web application — it works from any browser on any phone, tablet, or computer.
How do employees log in?
Employees log in with their work email and a password they set during onboarding.
Can employees see other employees' schedules?
Employees see their own schedule and the general shift coverage for their department (so they can evaluate swap requests), but they do not see.
What languages is the portal available in?
The employee portal currently supports English and Spanish. Additional languages are on the roadmap — contact us if your team has a specific language.
